Construction Cleaning

Before a new facility is ready to go for its incoming tenants, a construction site clean-up crew must get the property prepared. Carpet Cleaning

When it comes to cleaning carpets, our first task is to inspect the carpet that needs to be cleaned in order to identify which areas need to be need to be cleaned with soap and water, and which needs to be cleaned with the help of more powerful chemicals. We determine which solution to use with each carpet and use that mix to break down the dirt and stains and separate them from the carpet. After treating the carpet, we vacuum each area using a steam vacuum. We do so because steam vacuums help remove the loosened dirt and rinse the chemicals used off of the carpet.

Composite Floor Maintenance

Today, most commercial facilities use is vinyl composition tile (VCT) on their floors. VCT has proven to be a highly popular flooring choice because of its durability and ease of maintenance. But in order to sustain its durability and be reasonably scratch resistant, VCT needs to be cleaned regularly and maintained properly. Additionally, VCT requires protection, and a polyacrylamide floor finish creates a “renewable, repairable, restorable” wear layer that can be used to maintain the beauty and clean, shiny appearance that people want to see in a floor.

Thus, a primary goal for maintenance professionals is keeping VCT floors clean and looking their best, which helps extend the life of the floor. However, accomplishing this goal is fraught with challenges, such as constraints on time, budget and personnel.
